Ressacs is a symmetric crescent shawl ending in a central point. It alternates garter stitch and seed stitch sections with repeated increases on both sides and in the centre. Its cosy look is created adding a strand of mohair to the main yarn, in the seed stitch or in the garter stitch sections.
This shawl is worked with 100 g or 600 m/657 yd of the main colour (MC) partly knit with mohair, in a contrasting colour or not (CC), used in seed stitch or in garter stitch sections.

With MC and mohair in the seed stitch sections:

CP : 2 skeins of BC Garn Bio Shetland (280 m/307 yd for 50 g) in SH040 colourway or about 100 g of similar yarn
CC : 1 skein of By Night dyes Halo (72 % kid mohair and 28 % silk, 420 m/460 yd for 50 g) dyed with henna or about 40 g of similar yarn

With MC and mohair in garter stitch sections:

CP : 2 skeins of BC Garn Bio Shetland (280 m/307 yd pour 50 g) in SH005 colourway or about 100 g of similar yarn
CC : 1 skein of By Night dyes Halo (72 % kid mohair and 28 % silk, 420 m/460 yd for 50 g) dyed with logwood or about 25 g of similar yarn

Le châle Ressacs appartient à la catégorie des châles semi-circulaires symétriques. Il se commence par le haut, se construit en augmentant de chaque côté ainsi qu’au centre et alterne des sections de point mousse et de point de semis, avant une pointe centrale. Le fil principal peut être doublé de mohair selon deux options : dans le point de semis ou dans le point mousse.
Ce châle utilise environ 100 g ou 600 m de couleur principale (CP) doublée partiellement de mohair (CC), contrastant ou non, utilisé dans les sections de point de semis ou de point mousse.
