Reichenbach Mitts
There’s the scarlet thread of murder running through the colourless skein of life, and our duty is to unravel it, and isolate it, and expose every inch of it.
– Sherlock Holmes
Wear these delicate fingerless mitts to a crime scene, a graveyard, or out for tea and crumpets. The smooth stockinette body is set off by the baroquely textured cuff. The cuff is worked flat; the body and thumb are worked in the round. The cuff pattern is charted; full written translation of the chart is provided.
