After several requests for a “messy bun beanie” I wrote up a pattern for a super quick & easy knit! One skein of Thick & Quick is enough to make two beanies! This hat makes a perfect gift for someone who always has her hair up but wants to be warm too :)

Pattern includes instructions on how to make a larger version as well!

Yarn:
60-80 yards Super Bulky yarn

Suggested Yarn:
Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick and Quick (80% Acrylic, 20% Wool; 170g/106 yd)

Sizing:
One size fits most adults with instructions for larger beanie

Tools
US 13 – 16” circular needles;
US 15 – 16” circular needles and DPNs;
or you can use circular needles of at least 32” in length for magic-loop method

Notions:
stitch marker, tapestry needle, scissors, measuring tape or ruler
