Rebel School Uniform Mitts
When you were in school, did you wish you could wear what you wanted instead of your school uniform? Did you get along just fine wearing a school uniform, but would have liked it just a bit different? Here is your chance to make that school uniform the way you would have designed it had it been your choice. Want it to be pink or orange or purple? Go for it! Want it shorter, longer, more decorative? The choice is now yours! Directions are given for the basics, though there are choices for you with each clue. Think of this as a multiple-choice test where every answer you choose is correct. This is your creativity unleashed for school uniform fashion design in a smaller, hand-sized version.
You will need approximately 200 yds of fingering weight yarn for your mitts. This pattern also can use up bits of leftover yarns using different colors to add stripes or other decorative elements.
This was the July 2018 MKAL for the Fingerless Glove Fanatics group. The pattern will remain as individual clues for those who want a bit of mystery for their mitts.
