This shawl design was inspired by endless snow and the winter activities it brings. Although staying inside knitting during the winter months may be preferable, working this pattern might have you reminiscing about times snowshoeing through the freshly fallen snow.

The mock-lace cable border and bold dual cables surrounding lace add dimension and movement to the Raquettes Shawl. The 160-stitch wide pattern is worked over the length of the body, with the cables worked on the right side and the lace worked on the wrong side.
