This doll was made to celebrate the Chinese New year, as the zodiac sign will be the Rat and the element will be Metal.
These Rats tend to be reliable and live a stable life. They may hold some power and are able to turn unlucky events into fortune, like Rania.

Skill Level: Advanced beginner / Intermediate

This doll can be done with any hook/yarn of you choice.

I made Rania with a 2.5 mm hook and cotton (125m/50g). I needed 1 ball of Grey and less than 1 ball for each other color.

According to this hook/yarn size, she is 30cm/12in tall.

She has been tested and made with different hook/yarn (they are mentionned in the project section).

Supplies: (I didn’t list here those who are basics supplies)

• Button 10 mm (or bigger/smaller if you use bigger/smaller hook/yarn)
• Polyester fiberfill
• Wire
• Little piece of cardboard or similar
