Raining Fire Socks
by Laura Fahlin
These lacy socks are inspired by “Rocky Mountain High”-- “I’ve seen it raining fire in the sky.”
When I was a kid, my mom used to play a lot of John Denver (it was the ’70s). If you’ve ever seen a front range sunset, you’d see what that means. These socks were a present for my mom’s birthday and she prefers ankle socks. The socks are easily modified if you’d like a longer leg.
Yardage approx. 360 (380, 400) yds
