Rainbow Tunic
Lace drapes and picot edgings add feminine touches to this 3-way garment—leave it sleeveless, make short sleeves, add lace undersleeves.
Learn new techniques—
Picking up from slipped stitches (to knit drapes).
Picot edging worked sideways.
Cast-on picot edging.
Explanations for these techniques are given in the pattern. Bottom edging for garment and short sleeves are a twisted stockinette hem. Bottom edging for the drapes and lace undersleeves is a knitted-in picot trim—no extra finishing.
