MATERIALS
REGIA Uni 4-fädig / 4-ply, 100 g or 50 g ball
approx. 50 g = 420 m
col. 01846 (blue jeans meliert) 1 ball
col. 06613 (knall frosch) 1 ball
col. 02054 (hochrot) 1 ball

Being a big, cuddly bear of a man himself, Wim identifies with that animal. Hense the name ‘Mr Knitbear’. Wim designed the sock with an easy to knit fair isle pattern, because he thinks most people are scared of doing fair isle or stranded colorwork. This will make the learning process much easier. He tends to reach for bright and saturated colors when he knits socks and made such a bold color choices in REGIA 4-ply. As the REGIA sock patterns are now named after rivers he googled and found that „The Bear River“ exists – in the Western part of Canada.
