Quorra is an easy-to-wear cardigan, knitted from the top-down with raglan sleeves and a longer length to easily go over pants or a dress.

The back features a gorgeous, easy to achieve geometric lace panel as well as waist shaping; meanwhile the fronts are left open and shaped in angles.

Wear it open; or close with a belt or pin to take you from day to night. The alpaca/silk blend yarn is very light in weight, but still provides a good amount of warmth.

This is an intermediate pattern, you need to be able to work increases and decreases (some of which occurs simultaneously), and a simple lace pattern.

Pattern Notes

  • Cardigan is knitted seamlessly from the top down, beginning with a simple border, and then working raglan increases to create the sleeves.
  • Once the yoke is finished, the body and sleeves are separated, and you work the body down to the hem. Lastly, the sleeves are picked up and worked in the round.
  • The front edges of cardigan will be worked in Ridged Squares pattern all the way to the hemline.
  • Ridged Squares pattern will be worked in rows for the body of cardigan, and rounds for the sleeves.
