Designed to utilise five mini skeins of fingering weight yarn this shawlette also includes an option for a larger DK weight version. The Quintet Shawlette is a sweet little project; quick to knit and practical to wear, adding fun flair to your wardrobe. It is perfect for gift knitting too. Zip along the garter stitch sections and mix it up with the short mosaic bursts along the way. This will be a terrific project for a first time mosaic knitter to try their hand at this effective colourwork technique. In mosaic knitting, only one colour is worked per row, like stripes, and it’s much easier than it looks.

Pattern includes both charted and written instructions for the mosaic sections.
