YARN Knit Picks Capra DK (85% Merino wool, 15% cashmere; 123 yd / 1.75 oz): #26559 sagebrush, 8 (9, 12) balls.
NEEDLES Size 6 (4 mm): 40″ circular. Size 4 (3.5 mm): two double-pointed. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
NOTIONS Markers; cable needle; stitch holders; tapestry needle; one 1″ button.
GAUGE 29 sts and 30 rows = 4″ in charted patt on larger needle.
NOTES The hem of this capelet is worked flat in three pieces, then the pieces are joined and the rest of the body is worked back and forth in rows in one piece. A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of stitches
