Stitches/Abbreviations:
ch - chain, CL - cluster, FP - Front Post, st(s) - stitch(es), sl st - slip stitch, yo - yarn over, sc - single crochet, hdc - half double crochet, dc - double crochet, dtr - double treble crochet, RS - right side, WS - wrong side

Foundation hdc (Fhdc): If you’re unfamiliar with how to work foundation chains, this photo tutorial

You can also use a basic chain in the required # of stitches + 2, turn and hdc in each chain across

Front Post Double Treble Cluster (FPdtrCL): Yo 3x, insert hook from front to back to front of indicated st, yo, pull up a loop, yo and pull through 2 loops on hook3x, repeat from to 2 more
times, yo and pull through all 4 loops on hook

2-dc Cluster (2-dc CL): (uses one st), yo, insert hook into st indicated, yo and pull up a loop, yo and
draw through 2 loops on hook
2x, yo and pull through all 3 loops on hook

Double Crochet 2 together

Beginning Standing stitches: These stitches are used to start each row in place of a turning chain.
