Queen Anne's Lace with Matching Ends

This is a slightly modified version of the Queen Anne’s Lace scarf (published on Ravelry by Khebhin Gibbons, who got it from the book Crocheting in Plain English), with a chart and a photo tutorial to help clear up some of the confusion that sometimes attends this popular pattern.
I reverse-engineered the beginning 2 shells so that both ends of the scarf would match, and made one other small modification.
