There is one step missing for the central flower of each motif; there should be one more yarnover. Correct cluster directions to make really puffy flower:

Make hd cluster (yo, put hook through ring, draw up loop; repeat twice; yo and pull through all 7 loops on hook), ch 1.

This is a little tricky and it gets crowded on the hook. I think the editor may have changed it on purpose. But if you like the puffier look, go for it.
