About 12 (13, 14, 15, 16) inches around and 7 (7, 7.5, 7.5, 8) inches tall. Smallest size is not a true preemie size, but a smaller than average head.

This simple pattern is just a tiny step up from a Stockinette hat, throwing in some purl ridges to add interest. But it’s still a really fast and simple knit.
