February 2014 perk pattern for 3 Kittens Needle Arts.
This hat uses 4 colors of fingering weight yarn, 1 skein of each. Elemental Affects was used for three of the colors. The Angora give the pups a nice fluffy appearance.

The hat can be made slouchy with a few added rows.
