Puppy Illusion Baby Blanket
or buy at Payhip or LoveCrafts.
It has been a long time since I designed a new baby blanket and people keep asking for more so here is a cute little puppy.
It is the same size as all my other blankets. It is just the picture that is different.
It measures about 80 cm x 100 cm (32” x 40”) when made in DK yarn. You can use any yarn you want but the overall size may change. I used approximately 600 metres (660 yards) of Cream and 500 metres (550 yards) of Mocha Stylecraft Special DK.
The pattern includes three different versions of the chart - one on a single page, another split into four sections and the third for use on hand-held devices.
Our illusion knitting does not use conventional knitting charts and you don’t need to understand any knitting symbols. The design might look difficult but it is nothing more than simple stripes with knit and purl stitches. When you look straight at illusion knitting you only see the narrow stripes.

I now have another dog illusion baby blanket Canis Minor.
Can’t decide which illusion dog to buy? Get them both, as a set, for £8.
You don’t have to buy them both at once. A previous purchase will allow you to complete the set.
