This cute Puppy Dog Hat has a ribbed brim and a reverse stocking stitch body with a stocking stitch face and crown. The nose is added using duplicate stitch, the eyes are beads or buttons and the ears are knit separately in garter stitch and sewn on upon completion. The hat is knit flat on two needles with a seam at the back.

This hat would make a lovely set with my Puppy Dog Baby Booties pattern.
