What’s this? These are my Puppeteer Gloves – 2-pattern set. This pattern is a collaboration with Artfil for Twist X.

Why should I make these? The Puppeteer Gloves are two matching glove patterns, made in different colors. Wear them layered or one pair at a time for maximum impact.

Here, the simplicity of the stitches is enhanced by a simple addition to their construction. Instructions include the pattern for the fingerless gloves and the pattern for the mid-to-full finger gloves.

When will they get the most use? When you’re driving around in the fall.

Who are they for? Instructions are given for 3 sizes based on hand circumference, with instructions to adjust to any size.

Where do I start? This pattern is rated Intermediate - you’ll need to know or be eager to learn the basic crochet stitches and working in the round. You will need a total of 120 g (50 + 70) of fingering weight yarn (here: Belle by Artfil in colors Peridot and Sangria) and a 3,75 mm hook. Other notions: 2x 0.4 in/1 cm buttons (here: Trukerie, a yarn needle and stitch markers.

Pourquoi je les aime tant ? Les Gants de la Marionnettiste sont en réalité 2 modèles de gants agencés, réalisés dans des couleurs différentes. Portez-les superposés ou une paire à la fois pour en maximiser l’impact.

Ici, la simplicité des mailles est mise en valeur par un simple ajout dans leur construction. Les instructions comprennent le patron des gants sans doigts et celui des gants mi-doigts à doigts complets.

Quand seront-ils utiles ? Quand vous conduirez cet automne.

À qui s’adresse ce modèle ? Les instructions sont données pour 3 tailles basées sur la circonférence de la main, avec les instructions pour modifier pour la taille voulue.

Je commence où ? Modèle Intermédiaire – vous devez être confortable avec les mailles de base (ou avoir envie d’apprendre le crochet) et le travail en tours. Vous aurez besoin d’un total de 120 g (50 + 70) de laine de poids « fingering » (Ici : Belle de Artfil dans les coloris Péridot et Sangria) et d’un crochet 3,75 mm. Vous aurez aussi besoin de 2 boutons de 0,4 po/1 cm (ici : Trukerie), d’une aiguille à laine et de marqueurs de maille.
