Body of hat is knit on 16” size 10 1/2 circular needles & main color chunky yarn. Attractive stitch pattern on top of hat is made with simple decreases and 10 or 10 1/2 double point needles.
Special details of I-cord stem and pretty leaf put the finishing touches on top, made with small amount of worsted weight yarn and size 5 or 6 double points.
