Puffs Baby Blanket
In the 1930s there was a craze for making a decorative patchwork form gathered circles of fabric, called Suffolk puffs or yo-yos. This pretty baby blanket echoes that style with ingeniously constructed, double thickness, two-round crochet puffs in pastel shades.
Size: 54 x 63cm (21 1/4 x 24 3/4 in)
You will need:
Pure wool or wool rich 4ply yarn of approximately:
35g in pink
60g in green and blue
45g in mauve, lilac and yellow
50g in turquoise
To help estimate the amount of yarn you will need, allow approximately 20g for 10 puffs.
