Perfect for Valentine’s Day or Anytime!

Pucker the Passionate Puffer is best made in pairs. The puckered lips conceal strong earth magnets giving this fish a literal magnetic attraction. The magnets can be placed to either attract or repel partners.

The pattern can be made in a variety of specialty (glitter, eyelash, fuzzy, knobby) yarns for a fun effect. Make one or a whole school!

Pucker measures approximately 4-5” depending upon yarn type and the firmness of the stuffing. Due to small parts, this creature of the deep is best for adult collectors.

This design requires a basic understanding of crochet techniques such as increasing/decreasing, adding on yarn, and ability to make basic crochet stitches. Far below in the depths of the sea,
The wings of the morning carry me.
To a watery realm of pure delight,
That sparkles and glows even in the night.
Where the sociable seahorses primp and prance,
As they bob about in their courtship dance.
The gentle jelly glows at night,
Yet sends all enemies to flight.
With eight arms to lend a helping hand,
The octopus jets across the sand.
Dots galore just like a pox,
Adorn a hovering, quizzical box.
The passionate puffer puckers a kiss,
Creating an underwater world of bliss.
