Providence Shrug
The Providence shrug is knit from the top down starting with the collar. Gradual increases shape the collar with stitches cast on for the front flap. Deep cables form the raglan lines creating a wide sleeve shape that cinches at the elbow and puffs out over the forearm. Modifications for length are included.
