Brooklyn Tweed SHELTER (100% Targhee-Columbia wool; 140yards / 50g)、2玉。

A hat that features a combination of knit/purl stitch patterns and an offset structured twisted-stitch cable. Inspired and named for a street in the center of Portland, Maine, this cozy piece is an ode to wondering the streets, taking in the sights of the interesting structures, wondering what stories they must hold. Imagining such street scape, the hat will be finished in no time! Let’s go out for a walk with your Preble.

Yarn
Approximately 170 yards, 155 m of worsted weight yarn.
2 skeins of Brooklyn Tweed SHELTER (100% Targhee-Columbia wool; 140 yards / 50g).

A US 7 (4.5 mm) 16”/40.5 cm circular needle and/or set of Double Pointed Needles in same size (for Main section)
A US 5 (3.75 mm) 16”/40.5 cm circular needle and/or DPNs in same size (for Brim)
(a 32”/80 cm circular needle may be used in place of 16” circular and DPNs if using Magic Loop method)
or needle to obtain gauge
