When creating a pattern with mindfulness in mind we like to take a few deep breaths before getting to it. We found that making this shawl felt like taking a breath of fresh air and so we named it the Pranyama Shawl. Pranayama is Sanskrit for Breath Work. We have created a shawl that not only helps you breath easy, but has a nice light and airy feel. Great for cool summer nights, and autumn days. Wear it layered over a shift dress or as a comfort piece in a meditation class.

We knit this using one skein of the Hand Spun Hope Cotton, if you want to make it larger you can add in another skein.
