Practical Lumber Jacket
ENTER the lumber-jacket into the hand knit field.
This skillfully designed garment will be “tops” with every girl and woman for real comfort on the tennis court, golf links, walking, hiking, riding.
Materials: Patons Totem knitting wool, 11b. 2oz.; 1 pair each Nos. 9 and 7 knitting needles; 8 buttons; 1 pair shoulder pads.
Measurements: Width all round at underarm, 34in.; length from top of shoulder to hem, 20in.; length of sleeve from underarm, 18in.
Tension: To get this tension it is absolutely necessary to work at a tension to produce ½ sts. to one inch in width measured over plain, smooth fabric.
