Fresh and spruce, that’s the cowl I wear in the morning, at dew time, to cross the dunes and throw myself into the cold arms of the ocean. Or in the city, during the first summer days, when I take out my sandals and abandon my sweaters to enjoy the first rays of summer light.

This pattern is fully charted, it has three easy cables and a simple textured pattern made of knits and purls. The sample was knitted with a DK yarn, but it could also be made with a thicker or bigger yarn if you wish to change its size.

NOTE : The design works better with a solid or semi-solid yarn.

Frais et pimpant, c’est le col que je porte le matin, à l’heure de la rosée, pour traverser les dunes et me jeter dans le bras froid de l’océan. Ou à la ville, aux premiers jours d’été, quand je sors mes sandales et abandonne mes pulls pour profiter des premiers rayons du soleil d’été.

Ce modèle comporte une grille, il est fait de trois torsades simples et d’un motif de mailles endroit et envers. Le modèle a été tricoté avec une laine DK, mais vous pouvez aussi le tricoter avec une laine plus épaisse ou plus fine si vous désirez changer la taille.

NOTE : Le motif rend mieux avec une laine unie ou très légèrement dégradée.
