Poua Pullover
Poua (Greek for polka dots) is a cute and simple pullover with a flattering shape. The sweater is knit in one piece from the bottom up in an allover Fair Isle pattern that is easy enough for beginners, but still makes a big impact. The body has a bit of ease, especially in the hip area, and includes some waist shaping to follow the curves of the body. While constructing the raglan yoke, bind offs and decreases shape the flattering crew neck, after which the ribbed collar is picked up and knit in 2x2 ribbing. This is a fun-to-knit, easy-to-wear, and modern wardrobe staple for Fall 2014.
Sweater is meant to be worn with 0-2” of ease.
