Poplar - The Dishcloth
When looking at the result of the lace used in this pattern it reminded me of rows of tall narrow trees, similar to the borders of Poplars often used as windbreaks across rural New Zealand.
This pattern is quick and simple, producing a beautiful looking dishcloth. With a very easy to memorise pattern I hope it will become a pattern you love to knit regularly for all your dishcloth needs – to use, to gift or even to sell
This is also a great way to test your gauge for the bigger Poplar blanket pattern.
The patterns in The Poplar Collection are all license free - which means that you can knit them for sale if you’d like. If you are knitting for sale all I ask is that you credit them back to this pattern and Julia Stanfield as the designer.
This is part of The Poplar Collection which also features:
Poplar - The Scarf (written in 3 weights)
Poplar - The Blanket (written in 3 sizes)
