This garment is worked in 2 colours in a beautiful Check Stitch, inspired by the Gingham prints and the British countryside. Using a combination of Kid Silk Mohair and Merino Singles, these garments have a pretty contrast of textures, making a fun and interesting knit with a lovely finished fabric.

The Polperro Skirt is knitted flat in three panels, in the Check Stitch, a waistband and ties are added at the end and a crochet chain button loop and button are sewn on.

Choose to knit with one colour using two different yarns to create a subtle checked texture or two contrasting colours to add a little excitement to your wardrobe.
