When I held the Katia Polar in my hands for the first time at a blogger meetup in September 2018, I immediately know: this must become a muff. And a matching cap.

The idea of the set Polar Express was born.

The cap is knitted in one Piece in rounds bottom up. The muff is also knitted in one piece in rounds.
The muff is available in two different sizes. The small version (like the sample) and a wider version to have mor space for your hands.

100% Polyester, 100g / 60m 65yds
For a set with the small muff 2 skeins,
for a set with the wide muff 3 skeins

Needles
US15 (10,0mm) circular needles

Required material
1 stitchmarker
scissors
1 daming needle

Gauge
7 sts x 12 rows = 4“ x 4“ (10cm x 10cm)
in stockinette stitch

Sizes
cap: fits a 20,5” - 22” head
muff small version: 7,5“ (19cm) x 8“ (21cm)
muff wide version: 10,5“ (27cm) x 8“ (21cm)

Als ich die Katia Polar auf einem Bloggertreffen im September 2018 zum ersten Mal in den Händen gehalten habe, schoss mir sofort ein Gedanke durch den Kopf: daraus muss ein Muff werden. Und dazu eine passende Mütze.

Die Idee zum Set Polar Express war geboren.

Die Mütze wird in einem Stück in Runden von unten nach oben gestrickt. Der Muff wird ebenfalls in einem Stück in Runden gestrickt.
Für den Muff gibt es zwei Varianten. Die schmale Version (wie das Model, das ich gestrickt habe) oder die breitere Version, bei der Du mehr Platz für Deine Hände hast.
