The Pocket Chicken Family includes instructions for crocheting the mother hen, baby chick, and their nest bed. All of the pieces are completely no-sew and crocheted in one piece. This beginner-friendly bird doll pattern is quick and easy to work up. It can be kept as a squishy plush with super bulky blanket yarn, or turned into a small mini keychain with thinner weight yarns. It is great as a birthday gift, Christmas or holiday gift, as party favors, non candy Easter Egg stuffers, or market/craft fair products. inc = increase (insert 2 sc in same st)
dec = decrease (sc 2 sts together)
