This shawl started as a simple test of this lovely kidsilk blend yarn and then just grew. It is a granny style shawl but using larger stitches which makes it more airy and works up that little bit quicker. A simple and easy border adds the final flourish.

It is fabulously light yet keeps you warm on summer evenings and is one that I plan to take on holiday as it is light enough to add virtually no weight to a suitcase.

The finished size is approx 190cm by 95cm, after blocking.

3 balls (25g/around 200m per ball) of kidsilk blend yarn are required, in any colour combinations you like.
