Playing With Blocks Afghan
Knit ‘em up – stack ‘em up and have fun playing with blocks!
The Playing With Blocks Afghan uses a variety of stitches and techniques in a glorious array of color that will brighten any room. I’ve chosen clear, jewel colors from the Wool of the Andes range plus black as an anchor and join color. You can use the ones I list or, with over 60 color choices, you can easily plan a combination to coordinate with any room.
One feature of this design is that as long as the blocks in each vertical panel are the same width, you can continue knitting that pattern stitch as long as you enjoy it or until you finish a color sequence or pattern repeat. If a certain pattern isn’t fun anymore, just bind it off and go to another one!
