Bobble buddies are a cross between a blanket and favorite stuffed animal, making them the perfect sweet lovies for little ones! Offering all of the comfort and security of a beloved blanket with the fun and imagination of a stuffed toy. The bobbled texture and soft body structure provide great sensory input while the cute animal designs make them fun for play!

Playful Puppy measures about 15 inches from top to bottom and can be made in a variety of ways. The pattern includes instructions for TWO styles of ears. There is a “retriever or lab” flat styled ear or a “spaniel or doodle” loopy styled ear. Instructions are provided for making the ears longer, if desired, to give even more variety to your puppy makes! Use a worsted acrylic blend or a soft baby velvet yarn to achieve different styles and looks with your bobble buddy. Designer’s yarn preferences include Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn, Yarn Bee Soft and Sleek or Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice. The darker brown puppy pictured was made in Lion Brand Chenille Appeal and also makes a great choice!

This pattern is most appropriate for advanced beginner or intermediate crocheters. You should be familiar with working in the round, bobble stitch and loop stitch. Pattern includes detailed instructions with photo and multiple video tutorials, great for those who want to practice with a new stitch!

• Yarn Weight : Worsted ~ 300-350 yards in main color Scrap yarn for nose
• Size G (4.0 mm) Hook (or that required for desired yarn)
• Darning Needle
• Embroidery Thread
• Measuring Tape
• Polyfil Stuffing
• Safety Eyes (12 mm), if desired
• Scissors
• Stitch Marker
