Easy and fun to knit pompom hat. Has a very Christmasy feel to it.

Size and measurements
The pattern is written for 2 sizes:
XS-S (to fit 48-54 cm /18-22 in head circumference) and
M-L (54-60 cm /22-24 in).
The folded brim length ca. 6.5 cm / 2.9 in, hat length from folded brim to the crown ca. 21 cm /8 in, recommended pompom size ca. 6.5 cm / 2.9 in in diameter.

Yarn
Drops Nepal 65% wool, 35% alpaca, aran weight
Color 1: about 80 g main color
Color 2: under 30 g
Color 3: under 10 g
Color 4: under 2 g

Tools
4.0 and 4.5 mm (6 & 7 US) 50 cm/20 in circular needles; double pointed needles to work the crown (optional); crochet hook or tapestry needle to weave in the ends.

Gauge
20 stitches in 10 cm/4 inches with 4.5 mm (7 US) needles in stockinette stitch with fair isle motif. Please knit a swatch in a round to estimate the gauge correctly.
