Pirate Messenger Bag
This pattern was originally created for my 16 year old son and is included in my book, Fairy Tale Knits. It has been a favorite among all of the kids in these parts, from the very youngest who used it as a trick or treat bag, to the oldest who used it as a messenger bag for toting homework and whatnot.
It is knitted from the bottom-up, in the round, and is then felted to make it sturdy and durable.
