Pirate Doodle (Infinity Cowl)
THE PIRATE DOODLE is inspired by swashbuckling scallywags of the high seas. Including all the classic pirate imagery from grand ships and parrots, to treasure chests and mermaids, raid your stash and get ready to set sail on your next knitting voyage!
The 24 Pirate Charts include a pirate ship, desert island, mermaids, sharks, pirate hats, parrots, a compass, a spyglass, a ship’s wheel, barrels, planks, chains, a message in a bottle, treasure, and more!
This is a Doodle Series Pattern, which means it includes micro charts intended to be used as mix-and-match colorwork motifs throughout the project. Use the charts in this pattern, or you can substitute ANY other Doodle charts!
This pattern is worked in the round as a tube, from side to side. Beginning with a provisional cast on, the stranded colorwork is then knit to desired finished circumference. Then the two ends are grafted together for a seamless infinity cowl, with or without a twist.
