This cropped cardigan is worked in one piece from the bottom up. The body and sleeves are worked in the vine lace pattern, then joined for the garter-stitch yoke.

When shaping the sleeve, work the inc’d sts in Stockinette stitch until 5 Inc Rnds have been worked. Incorporate those 5 new sts into the Vine Lace pattern. Cont to incorporate new sts into patt in groups of 5.
