Knit these pinwheels into a blanket using mosaic garter stitch! Just one strand of color works every two rows while the other strand rests at the edge. Simple repeats allow you to customize the size.

The sample blanket used less than 11 skeins of Debbie Bliss Pure Cotton (from 6 skeins of the main color and 5 skeins of contrasting color). Choose colors that contrast well. Try your camera’s “black & white” setting to look at your yarns in gray-scale and check the contrast between your selection(s).
