This Cardigan is worked in pieces from the bottom up and seamed. The hem and cuffs are worked sideways. Body pieces and sleeves are worked upward directly off the side of hem and cuffs. Use MC for Cardigan throughout. Use contrast colors for flower appliques only.

SKILLS/TECHNIQUES USED IN THIS PATTERN:
• Chain, slip stitches, single, half double, double, and treble crochet stitches.
• Magic Ring and yarn over slip stitches.
• Seaming panels together and attaching appliques.
• Creating buttonholes and making a button band.
