MIJN GROTE FAMILIE

Mijn Grote Familie (My big family) is my last project. It’s about Minus, a 12 year old amigurumi kid, and his relatives and friends. In my shop you’ll find their pdf patterns, DIY kits including everything you need to crochet them, the finished dolls and more surprises….

This is Pickles, Minus’ best friend, and soon yours too. Pickles is the friend we all would like to have. He’s funny and generous and he’s always ready for new adventures. He loves reading, he spends hours and hours reading adventure books, but, like Minus, his favorites are the ones with pirates. When he’s older, he wants to be an explorer and discover a new continent. He has everything planned.

LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE: Intermediate. You’ll find step by step instructions and photos.

REQUIRED MATERIALS: 100% cotton in 8 colours (cream colour for the body, lime and dark green for the sweater, grey for the trousers, red, turquoise and dirty white for the shoes, a small amount of black for the embroidered nose), 2,5mm (B/00/1 ½ US) crochet hook, 2 safety eyes 9mm (0,35”), 2 oval cardboard pieces (see pictures for measurments), Stitch marker, Tapestry needle , Scissors, Polyfill stuffing

Approx. Measurements when finished: 15 cm height, 8cm length, 8cm width (It’ll depend on your gauge, the yarn you use, and the hook number)
