Piccolo is a fun and pretty stranded colorwork hat with moderate slouch. It is started with a tubular cast on and worked from the brim up in a simple 2 colors abstract pattern. Piccolo is a fast knit because of the sport weight yarn and, like every pattern in the collection, is a great gift as well as a stash buster too!

Piccolo is available in only one size, with a very stretchy brim that should fit heads from 19” to 22”. Change needle sizes to accommodate smaller or larger heads.

Yarn requirements:
2 balls of MC (about 1/3 used of the second)
1 ball CC (about 3/4 used).

Piccolo is the first hat to be released as part of my “Frugal knitting” collection. The design is available both as an individual pattern and as part of the collection. Please note that the purchase of the collection represents a significant discount comparatively to the cost of purchasing the patterns individually, and I am not able to give any refund if you buy the individual patterns and wish to buy the collection at a later date.
