You may have heard about Pet Rock. Let me introduce you to Pet Sock. This fun project uses a tiny amount of yarn, but the reward is way bigger! Use it as a keychain, a Christmas tree ornament, or buy several mini sock blockers and make a garland.

You need to know magic loop, knitting in the round, kitchener stitch.

It takes me about an hour or fiddling to finish one of these cuties.

Skill level: advanced beginner
Finished dimensions: approximately 2 inch sock
Suggested Yarn: fingering weight yarn, sock yarn. 2G, 7-10 y/m
Needles: size 000 circular needle (1.5 mm)
Gauge: 10 st and 13 rows = 1 inch in stockinette
