Pesciolino (little fish in Italian) is a beanie knitted from the brim to the top.
It comes in 4 different sizes: newborn (baby, toddler and child), to fit head 23-28 cm/9-11” (33-41 cm/13-16”, 45- 50 cm/17.5-19.5”, 50-55 cm/20-21”). The hat is 14 cm/5.5” (17 cm/6.5”, 18 cm/7”, 21 cm/8.5”) tall without pompom.

Material

• Yarn: Scheepjes Merino Soft: 30 gr of main colour (M) and about 10 gr in 4 contrasting colours (A, B, C and D) or any DK weight yarn for about 50 m/ 54 yards in main colour and 4 x 20 m/ 22 yards in contrasting colours. Allow some more yarn for the pompom.

• Needles (DPNs or circular 40 cm/24”) size 3,5 mm and 4 mm.
