Skills required
Suitable for an intermediate knitter. Worked from the bottom up, this pattern includes the following techniques:
Cable and lace
short rows
increasing and decreasing
three-needle bind off
i-cord bind off
picking up stitches
multiple instructions are worked at the same time

Tools
3.5mm (US4) 32”/80cm circular needle (or
size needed to obtain correct tension).
3.5mm (US4) dpns or needle desired for
small circumference knitting.
Stitch markers
Waste yarn
Darning needle
6-10 x 10mm buttons

Tension
24 stitches and 40 rows over 4”/ 10cm in
stocking stitch AFTER BLOCKING.
