This hat was inspired by a recent photo I took when out for a walk in the woods. I was impressed with the beautiful trees that stood so straight and tall and I wanted to capture them in a photo. Looking up at them from the ground, the straight lines created by the trunks appeared to swirl to the treetops. This “swirl” is depicted in the body of the cap, coming in tighter at the crown as did the trees branches.

Knit in the round from brim-to-crown with both written and charted instructions provided.
