Perseverance Cowl
Perseverance, the second installment in my A Single Candle series, was inspired by the need to continue working patiently, even when it feels like an unendurable burden. But, as William Penn said: Patience and diligence, like faith, remove mountains.
The Perseverance Cowl is knit in a worsted weight yarn and can be knit up quickly, working from the bottom up. I’ve added buttons at the back, but you could just as easily sew the short vertical edges together.
Finished Measurements:
24” / 61 cm circumference and 19 1/4” / 49 cm long at the center front.
Yarn needed:
176 yds / 161 m in Willamette by Imperial Yarn, color #109 Merlot.
You’ll also need 3 buttons, 11/16” (17 mm) diameter.
