♥ 3.5mm and 4.5mm hooks

Stitches used;
slst = slip stitch
ch = chain
dc = double crochet (sc in US terms)
htr = half double crochet (hdc in US terms)
dc2tog = double crochet two stitches together (sc2tog in US terms)
